Meet The Team
Dr. Holly Westbrock
DC, DACBSP, EMT, CSCS
As a former full scholarship college athlete, Dr. Westbrock has experienced first hand the opportunities that sports create for individuals. As such, she feels passionate about the life lessons that youth can learn through sports such as: how to work hard, how to work together towards a common goal, how to win graciously, how to loose graciously, how to work with a coach (boss), how to work with people you like or dislike, how to practice getting better at something, focus and discipline.
These are lessons that are so applicable in the real world. Sports give youth an opportunity to experience success and failure in a safe setting, while enjoying the much needed benefits of physical activity. Dr. Westbrock says, “I became sports chiropractors over a decade ago because of these experiences that I had in my own life. I can trace the exact path of how sports have influenced my life beginning with youth soccer and leading to being part of the sports medicine team for the MN Lynx. It is my goal to help our youth athletes to return to play after injury so they can continue to have these positive experiences in sports, which can bring opportunity and positively influence their lives.”
As a competitive adult athlete, Dr. Westbrock realizes the role that physical activity plays in her life. She feels strongly that staying physically active maintains a healthy lifestyle, which leads to improved emotional capacity, builds character and courage in her personal and professional life, and helps intellectual growth potential. “I find reward in helping injured adult athletes and active people to continue to do the things that they love so much. It is my goal to get injured people back to activity and on a larger level, to help keep people active in order to improve health and wellness in our communities by decreasing chronic disease.” says Dr. Westbrock.
Dr. Westbrock has had the opportunity to work with elite level high school, college and professional athletes from MLB, Team USA, BMX, Reebok Games, Triathletes, WNBA, NFL, MMA, and NHL. She finds it extremely satisfying to watch these individuals reach and supersede their goals, especially after overcoming injuries.

Prior to beginning her nutrition and coaching career, Jen was an elite Division 1 college basketball player. That experience led her to pursue a strength and conditioning Master’s degree which ultimately became the basis for her career in nutrition and biomechanics. She was fascinated by how the human body works and grows and changes to accommodate average and outstanding physical feats.
After a short time focusing on strength and conditioning, Jen recognized a need to better understand how metabolism and nutrition impacts the mechanics of movement, so she added a dual Master’s degree in Nutritional Biochemistry. The addition of this degree has allowed Jen to understand the body on a molecular level as well as how the body best responds to macronutrients and food choices. This has given her the insight to create custom nutrition programs for hundreds of athletes of all levels. Jen’s coaching approach is based on her belief that “The human body is a machine that ultimately functions the same way, each individual body has a unique metabolism that responds differently to individualized dietary approaches”.
Jen is most passionate about helping people achieve their full athletic potential. Whether their goal is to lose weight or gain mass, Jen views each client’s goal as a unique opportunity to help them shine. “No goal is too big or too small if someone is truly motivated to reach it. I have the knowledge to build programs that lead them to success, but my clients have to be willing to do the work”.
