How are running injuries treated?
When diagnosing running injuries at Premier Sport & Spine, we assess the patient’s individual running mechanics and gait to identify muscle imbalances that can lead to extra force on the injured body part when running. Every chiropractor at Premier has significant experience and expertise identifying poor movement strategies and correcting the imbalances by using different manual techniques and corrective exercises.
