Custom Exercise / Training Programs
At Premier Sports and Spine Center, our doctors are qualified to write custom training programs for runners, triathletes, duathletes, as well as for other sports. The doctors at Premier Sports and Spine Center are also able to write customized strength and conditioning programs for individuals and teams. After evaluating an athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals we will design a program aimed at improving performance and preventing injuries. These programs can include plyometric training, endurance training, agility training, and resistance training.
In addition, we offer a revolutionary “Coach the Coach” Program in which we train coaches on how to prevent ACL injuries in high-risk sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, and Lacrosse.
